At Moriting we live the adage that our staff are our greatest resource. Ultimately, we invest in our clients by investing in professional staff, and we grow this investment through a commitment to the on-going professional development of our people. We strive to employ the best consultants and administrators in the business. All staff in this division have relevant, recognised industry qualifications and all have a passion for consulting.

Our clerical and support staff are of equally high caliber. They are fully trained in our systems and work in teams of multi-skilled specialists, ensuring a "pool of knowledge" for all clients. The Board


bryanBryan Kgosana Shuping (M. Inst. D)UPDA(UP), Chief Executive Officer

Bryan has 25 years of management experience in Local Government and the Retirement Fund Industry. He left Local Government after having reached his ceiling as Chief Executive Officer (now called Municipal Manager), after which he joined Old Mutual's Employee Benefits direct division as a Retirement Fund Manager.

Bryan subsequently held various positions ranging from Senior Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager and Account Executive for one of Old Mutual's largest portfolio. Together with his co-director and executive management, Bryan is responsible for the company's business strategy including amongst others, the compliance section.

He further heads the consultancy and client services department. A stickler for good corporate governance and administrative processes, he ensures compliance both for the business and clients alike.


amandaMrs Amanda de Graaff (CFP®)

Amanda has 16 years' deep industry experience in Financial Services. She has specialized in Pension and provident fund administration and management.

During her career Amanda's roles have included senior administrator, divisional manager and most notably, fund executive at Metropolitan Employee Benefits, overseeing the Client Service Consulting, Fund Accounting and Fund Administration divisions. While at NBC, Amanda also managed two large industry umbrella retirement funds.

Amanda holds several certifications from the Insurance Institute of South Africa, a completed Management Development Programme (mini MBA), and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.




Mr. Neil Brown, Non-Executive Director

Neil has 23 years of experience in financial services and loves being part of establishing and growing businesses in a team environment. Neil started his career in the actuarial department of Sanlam and was then part of the team that founded Glacier before leaving for Citadel. As the CEO of Citadel Administration Services he was responsible for establishing and growing Citadel's product business after which he was appointed as CEO of the Citadel group from April 2008 to November 2012.

He then spent time in private equity transacting at Buffet Investment Services before being tempted back into the asset management industry and joining Anchor in November 2014, where he is part a team responsible for assisting Anchor to expand and grow.

Neil has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director, representing Anchor Financial Services' shareholder interests in Moriting.


Khutso-ManthataMr. Khutso Manthata CA (SA), Director

Khutso Manthata is a professional with over 8 years of investment banking experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Khutso joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a transactor in the corporate finance team.

He later joined the corporate finance teams of Barclays Africa (previously Absa Capital) and Standard Chartered Bank.

Khutso is a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
